Surely all claim to have the best lamp, well, we really believe it.
We assert that we heard the recommendations, complaints and questions from our customers. Here are some of their requests and our response:
Q:The batteries do not last; I must buy new very often.
R: All our models now include 1000mAh long lasting battery.
Q:There are shadows on the text I'm reading.
R: We changed translucent cover by a frosted.
Q:The switch is activated by accident inside the suitcase and therefore the battery runs out.
R:New models (not this) include concave switch, eliminating this problem completely.
Q:I want to have control over the level of charge, regardless of whether use a charger or other voltage source.
R:New models (not this) include two indicators of amount of battery charge and charging process status.
Q:Please add a lower light level, low level is very strong.
R:New models (not this) include switch with 4 states allowing three levels of light on each head.
Q:I want a warm light, white light causes dryness in my eyes.
R: We offer warm light lamps with one and two arms.
Q:Why not use standard USB connector?
R:New models (not this) are micro USB connector
Unsolicited features added:
- Double padding: to prevent the pages are damaged or the device's screen scratches.
- Replaceable battery: Without having to make welds.
- Extra-long USB cable, we went up from 80cm to 2m.
- 1.0A charger: The perfect amperage for a 1.0Ah battery, allows the minimum charging time.
- Dual charger: Make better use of the electrical connections and having to carry less equipment in the suitcase.
